Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using Deepchand Celebrations' event management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Deepchand Celebrations provides:

• Corporate event planning and management
• Social celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries)
• Special occasion events
• New Year's Eve celebrations and parties
• Festival and cultural event management
• Vendor coordination and management
• Event design and decoration

Event Registration

• Event registrations are subject to availability
• Registration fees are specified at the time of booking
• Early bird discounts, where applicable, have specific deadlines
• Group bookings may be eligible for special rates
• Registration confirmation will be sent via email

Booking and Payments

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise
• We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit cards
• Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Ticketed Events (NYE, etc.):

• Cancellations 30+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days: No refund
• Tickets are transferable to another person with prior notice

For Custom Event Planning:

• Cancellations 60+ days before: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
• Cancellations 30-60 days before: 25% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund

Event Rules and Conduct

At our events, you agree to:

• Follow all venue rules and regulations
• Treat staff, vendors, and other guests with respect
• Not engage in illegal or disruptive behavior
• Comply with age restrictions for events serving alcohol
• Follow any dress codes specified for the event

We reserve the right to remove attendees who violate these rules without refund.

Photography and Media

Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event.

Limitation of Liability

Deepchand Celebrations shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vendor failures, weather conditions, venue issues, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and event materials, including logos, designs, and photography, is the property of Deepchand Celebrations. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
